Minutes not hours, you could install it locally to avoid the wait.
If you are running this locally within a web browser you will not be able to make use of the on-line features (reading results and sending orders). If you want to make use of these features run the runit.bat file in this directory to start up the game client. The README.TXT file in this directory holds details.
